About the author

Rui Filipe Rodrigues Vaz was born in Porto, Portugal.

From young age, he has been curious about stars and galaxies, nature and life. As he grew, his curiosity drove him to learn many different subjects from areas as contrasting as religion and science.

During his adolescence, he learned to play drums, sparred with poetry and earned a degree in Psychology in 2007, the same year he began writing Visions of Gaea.

Today, he is an Informatics Engineer and continues to write Visions of Gaea. His only wish is that he never ceases to see the Universe with the inquisitive passion of a child.
